MRI Screen

This is an example of an MRI cross-section screen. BrainStorm contains MRIs of the forebrain in coronal, horizontal (axial) and sagittal planes, all taken from the same (normal) brain of 34 year-old man. The coronal and sagittal series are T1 weighted and the horizontal series (shown here) are T2 weighted. The interface for the MRI screens is identical to that of the myelin-stained sections. It is however possible to toggle between an MRI and its corresponding myelin-stained section by using the tissue button in the navigation field.
