BrainStorm contains a total of 81 interactive labelled cross-section images. The cross-sections menu provides access to submenus for myelin-stained sections of the spinal cord, brainstem and forebrain (sagittal, coronal and horizontal planes) in addition to MRI scans of the forebrain (sagittal, coronal and horizontal planes).

Each submenu displays the levels which are available (the brainstem submenu is shown here) and you can choose the desired level either by clicking in the list or directly on the image.
